我国著名宪政学者、中国政法大学教授蔡定剑,因病于11月22日凌晨3:30在北京不幸逝世,享年54岁。蔡定剑教授生于1956年,江西新建人。中国政法大学教授、博士生导师,中国政法大学宪政研究所所长,北京大学法学院人民代表大会与议会研究中心主任。1986年至2003年底供职于全国人大常委会研究室、秘书处,任职至副局长。2004年1月始任中国政法大学教授,主要从事宪法、中国法制建设的理论与实践、人民代表大会与议会制度、选举制度的研究,2002年被评为全国十大杰出中
The famous constitutional scholar in China, Professor Cai Dingjian of China University of Political Science and Law, died of unfortunate death at Beijing’s capital at 3:30 am on November 22 at the age of 54. Professor Cai Dingjian was born in 1956, Jiangxi new people. Professor of China University of Political Science and Law, doctoral supervisor, China University of Political Science and Constitutional Research Institute, Peking University Law School People’s Congress and the Parliamentary Research Center. From 1986 to the end of 2003, he worked in the research room of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, the secretariat, and served until the deputy director. In January 2004, he started as a professor of China University of Political Science and Law, mainly engaged in the constitution, the theory and practice of China’s legal system construction, the people’s congress and the parliamentary system, the election system, was named in 2002 ten outstanding
