市场竞争使得具有不同核心竞争力的企业走向联合。讨论了分别以R&D和市场营销为主要竞争力的企业所组成的战略联盟,并对其中所产生的界面及界面管理问题进行了重点研究,同时在相关理论研究的基础上,提出了界面管理的理论模型和管理方法。
Market competition makes enterprises with different core competencies to unite. Discusses the strategic alliances formed by enterprises which mainly take R & D and marketing respectively as their main competitive forces, and makes an intensive study on the interface and interface management problems arising therefrom. At the same time, based on the relevant theoretical research, this paper proposes the interface management Theoretical model and management method.
