针对七区中东部采出程度低、采油速度低的“双低”特征,在认真分析造成“双低”的主要原因的基础上,一方面充分利用老井,配套防砂、堵水、调剖、降粘和注采调配等工艺技术扶停产停注井,提高油水井利用率和注水效率,另一方面,应用精细油藏描述成果,打部分更新完善井以提高储量动用程度。实施综合治理,明显改善了单元的开发效果,进而改善了油田开发效果,提高了储量动用程度,控制含水,经济效益和社会效益显著。
