针对海底注水管线的运行工况,建立了室内缓蚀剂评价方法,对15种国内外缓蚀剂样品利用腐蚀失重进行了评价.研究海水温度、流速和缓蚀剂添加浓度对腐蚀速度影响的同时,对缓蚀剂的水溶性及配伍性也进行了综合评定.
Aiming at the operating conditions of submarine waterflooding pipeline, an evaluation method of indoor corrosion inhibitor was established. Corrosion loss of 15 domestic and overseas corrosion inhibitor samples was evaluated. The effects of seawater temperature, flow rate and corrosion inhibitor concentration on the corrosion rate were also studied. The water solubility and compatibility of the corrosion inhibitor were also evaluated.
