中国证券业协会证券分析师专业委员会在京成立。大会通过的《中国证券分析师职业道德守则》提出,证券分析师在执业中必须遵守“独立诚信,谨慎客观、勤勉尽职、公平公正”的原则。为进一步落实《上市公司向社会公开募集股份暂行办法》的规定,保证增发工作的质量,中国证监会日前要求各具有主承销商资格的证券公司切实加强内部协调和人员培训,做好增发工作。国务院副总理、中央金融工委书记温家宝在国有重点金融机构监事会人员培训班开学典礼上强调,要按照党中央、国务院的要求和法律法规,努力做好监督工作,保障国有资产安全,促进金融业健康发展。正在比利时访问的朱镕基总理向欧洲企业和金融界人士发表演讲指出,由于我们采取了积极的财政政策、稳健的货币政策和产业结构调整政策,中国经济已克服了亚洲金融危机带来的困难和影响,今年上半年经济出现了重大转机。
Securities Association of China Securities Industry Association Professional Committee was established in Beijing. The “Code of Ethics for Chinese Securities Analysts” adopted by the General Assembly pointed out that securities analysts must abide by the principle of “independence, honesty, prudence and objectivity, due diligence, fairness and impartiality” in practice.
