使用计算机对期刊社进行管理是期刊发展的需要。是满足稿件管理高效化、科学化的需要。利用 VB 语言建立了期刊信息管理系统,该系统由稿件管理、期刊发行管理、财务管理、人事管理和系统维护等功能模块组成一个信息编辑管理自动化的系统软件,以计算机作为现代化管理手段、向无纸化业务管理系统过渡的应用系统。经过实践证明,该系统大大地提高了期刊社的工作效率和管理水平。
The use of computer management of periodicals is the development of journals. Is to meet the manuscript management efficient and scientific needs. The system of journal information management is established by using VB language. The system consists of manuscript management, periodical issue management, financial management, personnel management and system maintenance and other functional modules to form an automated system software for information editing and management. Using computer as a modern management tool, Paper-based business management system transition application system. After practice, this system has greatly enhanced the efficiency and management level of the periodicals.
