我们采用聚乙二醇组分分析法对20例甲肝患者进行了循环免疫复合物(CIC)的检测,其中男14例,女6例。同时检测20名献血员(男11名,女9名)作为对照,结果(均以(?)±S 表示);(1)20名献血员IgG1102±86mg/L,IgM118±20.5mg/L,C_3103±19mg/L,IgG 型CIC2.2±0.9%,IgMCIC(?)±6.3%,C_3型CIC1.6±0.6%。(2)20例甲肝病人:急性期IgG1157±94mg/L,IgM188.4±17.5mg/L,C_393.7±14.3mg/L,IgG 型CIC4.6±1.1%,IgM 型CIC62±10.6%,C_3型CIC2.2±0.8%。恢复期IgG1498.7±72mg/L,IgM133.3±21mg/L,C_398.9±17.1mg/L,IgG 型
We used polyethylene glycol component analysis of 20 cases of hepatitis A patients with circulating immune complexes (CIC) detection, including 14 males and 6 females. At the same time, 20 blood donors (11 males and 9 females) were detected as control.
