我旗在进行“流脑多糖体菌苗”的预防接种过程中,出现临床过敏一例,报道如下: 1988年3月4日,有一4岁男孩,经乡村医生按计划免疫程序常规接种了北京生物制品新生产的“冻干A群流脑多糖菌苗”,(批号8710～3)接种4小时后,该男孩体温升高到39.2℃,接种部位出现红丘斑,继而红斑形成2×2cm的透明水泡。接种次日,患儿以先耳后四肢,后遍及全身,尤其是臀部及下肢分别出现红斑,丘疹及水泡,疱疹周边呈充血性凸起,中心呈泡状,臀部皮疹部分融合,口腔及阴茎包皮粘膜红肿、糜烂并伴有血液渗出。经当地医生治疗无效后,转本旗医院以脱敏法治疗半月后痊愈出院,追踪2个
