推动地方产业结构升级、调整和优化经济结构是转变经济发展方式的重要内容,不仅要求经济领域中“数量”的变化,更强调和追求经济运行中“质量”的提升和“结构”的优化。财政作为国家调控经济社会发展的重要物质基础和基本工具,在推动地方产业结构升级,调整和优化经济结构中负有十分重要的职责,发挥着重要作用。本文结合河北张家口市发展现状和产业发展重点,就如何依靠财政手段调整和优化地方经济结构谈一些粗浅看法。
