Zheng He’s journey to the West allowed many of the island nations along the way to surrender to Ming Empire, the most powerful country then. In 2005, Ocean One, loaded with sophisticated instruments, started its journey around the world, aiming to open a new door to resources and life for China. When people just stepped into 2007, the “Ocean One,” which made great contribution to the cause of China’s oceanographic inspection, sailed again.
