我公司生产的起落架筒形零件中,有许多是深孔零件,其深度与直径之比往往超过100:1.在这样的深孔加工条件下,为保证加工出来的孔的不园度、孔的轴线不直度、以及内孔表面的光洁度符合规定的要求,采用硬质合金单刀刃切削;利用两块硬质合金导条支承导向,三块辅助夹布胶木支承减震,在高压大流量的冷却条件下运用内排屑的深孔镗刀强力镗削深孔已成为我公司目前加工起落架深孔零件必不可少的切削工具。
