人的体液包括血液、唾液、尿液等。本文分别讨论了目前测定体液中可的宁所用的气相色谱法(GC)及放射免疫法(RIA)在样品的选择、采集、保存及测定条件及分析质量保证等方面的问题。定量评价暴露,血液和唾液作为测定样品均可,且二者有很好的相关性。尿样可靠性次之,因可的宁的排泄随各人肾功能、排尿速度及尿液酸碱性不同而异,故以每毫克肌酐中可的宁的量较正之。血液要在现场离心,血清与唾液要在运往实验室前冷冻,尿样采集后立即冷冻,以防细菌使样品降解。在实
