目的 了解某市4年来监测中金黄色葡萄球菌的污染及耐药性状况,为预防食源性疾病及临床用药的选择提供技术支持.方法 对某市2011-2014年采集的948份各类食品样品,按照GB 4789.10分离鉴定并进行药敏试验.结果 共分离出目标菌28株,检出率2.95%,其中,餐饮环节5.36%,散装食品4.25%,本地产品4.17%.对青霉素强耐药,红霉素等5种抗菌药轻度耐药,其他11种抗菌药敏感.结论 餐饮环节、散装食品、本地产品应作为食品安全监管的重点.要加强食源性金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性监测,以更好更安全地指导临床用药.“,”Objective To understand the contamination and drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus in food safety risk monitoring over the past 4 years,and to provide technical support for the prevention of foodborue diseases and the selection of clinical medications.Methods A total of 948 samples were collected in 2011-2014 in a city,and isolation and identification were conducted in accordance with GB4789.10 and drug sensitivity test was performed.Results A total of 28 strains were isolated,and the detection rate was 2.95%.The detection rate was 5.36% in catering services,4.25% in bulk food and 4.17% in local products.Staphylococcus aureus was strongly resistant to penicillin,mildy resistant to erythromycin and other 5 antibiotics and susceptible to the other 11 antimicrobial agents.Conclusion Catering services,bulk food and local products should be the focus of food safety supervision.Monitoring of drug resistance of foodborne Staphylococcus aureus should be enhanced to better and more safely guide clinical medication.
