目的 通过蚊媒密度监测及调查,了解2009-2016年上海市闵行区Q镇的蚊媒种类、密度及其孳生地情况,为上海市闵行区蚊媒传染病防制提供科学依据.方法 成蚊密度采用人工小时法(3 ~11月),蚊容器指数采用蚊孳生地现场调查(4~11月).结果 2009-2016年,上海市闵行区Q镇成蚊密度分别为0.50、0.71、6.73、15.97、17.04、7.70、1.69和0.95只/人工小时,以淡色库蚊为优势蚊种,占84.81%(1 468/1 731);蚊类活动高峰在5~8月,其中6月密度最高,为14.10只/h.共调查蚊孳生地19 204处,其中蚊幼阳性287处;2015年后容器指数明显增高,以居民小区和公园最高,其次是学校.结论 淡色库蚊、白蚊伊蚊是上海市闵行区Q镇主要需要防制的蚊媒种类,要降低其密度,应根据其孳生地及其季节消长的特点,采取以环境治理、提高人群意识、改变生活习惯为主的综合性防治措施.“,”Objective To investigate the species,density and breeding ground of mosquito in Q town of Minhang District of Shanghai from 2009 to 2016 by density monitoring and surveying and provide the scientific evidence for prevention and control of mosquito-borne diseases.Methods Adult mosquito density was measured by artificial hour (March to November).Mosquito container index was investigated by the mosquito breeding ground (April to November).Results The densities of adult mosquitoes in Q town of Minhang district of Shanghai were 0.50,0.71,6.73,15.97,17.04,7.70,1.69,0.95/artificial hours,respectively.Culex pipiens pallens was the prevalent mosquito in Q town.With the highest density in June,Mosquito activity peaked from May to August for 14.10/h.19 204 mosquito breeding grounds were investigated during the period of 2009-2016,with 287 positive places.The container index was increased by 2015.Residences and park were the highest areas,followed by school.Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens and aedes albopictus are the main species of mosquitoes in Q town of Minhang District of Shanghai.According to breeding and growing by season,It should be adopted a comprehensive measure by environmental governance,raising the awareness of the people,and changing the living habits,to reduce the density of mosquitoes.
