运用透射电镜及形态计量学方法 ,对脑缺血再灌流大鼠右心耳肌细胞心房特殊颗粒进行了观察和定量研究。发现脑缺血 30min及再灌流不同时程 ,其特殊颗粒的数量、体密度、数密度、表面积密度均明显小于正常对照组 ;再灌流 15min与缺血 30min组之间差别无显著性 ;而再灌流 7d与缺血 30min组比较 ,颗粒数量、体密度、数密度及表面积密度均有增加。提示脑缺血再灌流期心房肌细胞心钠素分泌释放增加 ,表明心钠素参与脑缺血再灌流的病理生理过程。
Transmission electron microscopy and morphometric methods were used to observe and quantify the atrial-specific particles of right atrial myocytes in rats with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. The number of specific particles, body density, number density and surface area density of cerebral ischemia 30min and reperfusion at different time points were significantly less than those of normal control group. There was no significant difference between 15min ischemia reperfusion and 30min ischemia reperfusion Perfusion 7d compared with ischemia 30min group, the number of particles, body density, number density and surface area density have increased. Suggesting that atrial myocyte atrial myocyte secretion increased after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, indicating that atrial natriuretic Peptide participates in the pathophysiological process of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.
