各种先进武器装备平台的发展都必须得到其特定的、基本不变的基础技术群的支撑,平台项目的顺利实施和性能水平的实现直接取决于这个基础技术群技术水平的发展与进步。反之,基础性技术研究成果也需要通过其在武器装备上的应用来充分体现其实用价值。
The development of all kinds of advanced weaponry and equipment platforms must be supported by their specific and basically unchanged basic technical groups. The smooth implementation of the platform projects and the realization of the performance level depend directly on the development and progress of the technological level of this basic technological group.
