目的建立工作场所空气中乙酸乙烯酯(VA)的溶剂解吸气相色谱测定方法。方法活性炭管采集工作场所空气中的VA,用体积分数为3%丙酮二硫化碳解吸后毛细管气相色谱(FID)测定。结果工作场所空气中VA的质量浓度在0~119.49 mg/m~3(以采集1.5L工作场所空气计,相当于VA标准溶液质量浓度为0~179.23 mg/L)范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.99989,最低检出质量浓度为0.07 mg/m~3(以采集1.5L工作场所空气计)。相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.3%~4.5%(n=6),平均解吸效率为90.0%~94.6%,样品在4℃冰箱中至少可保存3d。结论本方法适用于工作场所空气中VA的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of vinyl acetate (VA) in workplace air by solvent desorption gas chromatography. Methods The VA in the air of the workplace was collected by activated charcoal tube and determined by capillary gas chromatography (FID) after desorption with 3% acetone and carbon disulfide by volume fraction. Results The concentration of VA in the workplace air was linear in the range of 0-119.49 mg / m ~ 3 (1.5L workplace air meter acquisition, equivalent to VA standard solution concentration of 0 ~ 179.23 mg / L) The coefficient is 0.99989, the lowest detected mass concentration is 0.07 mg / m ~ 3 (to collect 1.5L workplace air meter). The relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 1.3% to 4.5% (n = 6), and the average desorption efficiencies ranged from 90.0% to 94.6%. Samples were stored for at least 3 days in a 4 ° C freezer. Conclusion This method is suitable for the detection of VA in the workplace air.
