本文在S—550扫描电镜及H—800透射电镜上分别研究了调质—形变时效后的30CrMnSiA钢样品的萃取复型及金属薄膜透射组织;比较了不同萃取方法的效果。结果表明采用萃取方法可以将极细小的时效析出物萃取下来,从而获得较完整的析出物分布图象,而薄膜透射则进一步显示出析出部位与位错亚结构的联系。观察结果为说明形变时效强化机制提供了有力的论据。
In this paper, S-550 scanning electron microscopy and H-800 transmission electron microscopy were studied after the quenching-deformation aging of 30CrMnSiA steel sample complex and metal film transmission organization; compared the effect of different extraction methods. The results show that extra fine precipitates can be extracted by the extraction method to obtain a more complete distribution of precipitates while the thin film transmission further shows the relationship between the deposition sites and dislocation substructures. The observation provides a strong argument for explaining the mechanism of strain aging hardening.
