铸铁气缸套活塞环挤渗碳化硅,是在其工作表面层用机械的方法,挤渗一层不连续分布的碳化硅微粒层,以改善耐磨性能的一种表面强化工艺。通过对不同材质的铸铁、不同表面强化层的气缸套或活塞环多方案对比配磨试验,表明:普通灰铸铁挤渗碳化硅缸套与多孔铬镀环配磨,耐磨性能优良;与挤渗碳化硅活塞环配磨,也提高了耐磨性。挤渗碳化硅具有耐磨性好、工艺简单、成本低廉、无污染等优点,是一种很有前途的新工艺。
Cast iron cylinder piston rings ring infiltration of silicon carbide, is in its working surface layer by mechanical means to squeeze a layer of discontinuous distribution of silicon carbide particles to improve the wear resistance of a surface strengthening process. Through comparing the multi-plan test of cylinder liner or piston ring of cast iron and different surface strengthened layer with different materials, it shows that the ordinary gray cast-iron silicon carbide liner and the porous chrome plated ring are excellent wear-resisting property. Extruded silicon carbide piston ring with the mill, but also improve the wear resistance. Extrusion infiltration of silicon carbide with good wear resistance, simple process, low cost, non-polluting, etc., is a promising new technology.
