植物土传病害是一类由土传病原物侵染引起的病害,历来被植物界认定为最难防治的病害之一。大多数的植物土传病害是由真菌引起的。国内外许多研究结果表明,丛枝菌根真菌对由菌物、线虫、细菌等引起的植物土传病害都具有一定的防治效果,但差异较大。丛枝菌根真菌对由不同病原物引起的植物土传病害的抗病效果各不相同,存在各种不同的抗病机制。本文主要综述了丛枝菌根真菌提高植物对土传菌物病害抗性的机制及其影响因素。
Plant-borne disease is a type of disease caused by soil-borne pathogen infection, which has always been recognized as one of the most difficult diseases in the plant community. Most plant-borne diseases are caused by fungi. Many domestic and foreign research results show that arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on the soil-borne diseases caused by the bacteria, nematodes, bacteria, etc. have a certain control effect, but the difference is larger. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi have different resistance effects to plant-borne diseases caused by different pathogens, and there are various resistance mechanisms. In this paper, the mechanism and influencing factors of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in enhancing plant resistance to soil-borne fungi were summarized.
