目的了解旺苍县医疗机构消毒效果,找出存在的主要问题,提出改进消毒工作的措施。方法对2006-2010年辖区内各医疗机构消毒效果监测结果进行统计分析。结果 5年共采样4 932件,合格4 512件,平均总合格率为91.48%;村卫生站及个体诊所的消毒合格率较低,为83.2%;空气、物体表面,医护人员手消毒合格率较低,分别为66.4%、83.5%和87.6%。其余项目合格率均在95%以上。结论旺苍县医疗机构消毒效果监测合格率较高,但空气、物体表面,医护人员手消毒效果合格率偏低,村卫生站及个体诊所的消毒合格率较低,应引起各医疗机构的高度重视,需增加设备投入,进一步落实消毒工作,确保医院消毒质量。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of medical institutions in Wangcang County, find the main problems and put forward the measures to improve the disinfection work.
