障碍跑是中长距离跑与跨越障碍相结合的田径运动项目。国际田联审定的田径规则中有,距离为3000米和2000米的两种障碍跑,成年和青年为3000米障碍跑,需越过28次障碍架和7次水池;少年为2000米障碍跑,需越过18次障碍架和5次水池。它不仅要求运动员具备中长跑运动员的身体素质和平跑能力,而且还要求运动员掌握正确的跨越障碍和过水池的技术。障碍跑技术练习中的重点是跨越栏架技术和通过水池的技术。笔者根据多年来在训练工作中不断总结和摸索,对障碍跑运动员技术练习过程中,常见的错误及其产生原因与纠正方法有以下几点粗浅的认识。
