目的研究不同α-亚麻酸(α-ALA)含量油脂对高脂模型大鼠脂质水平及氧化损伤的影响。方法 60只雄性Wistar大鼠分为正常对照、高脂对照、花生油、13%、27%和55%α-ALA油脂共6组。除正常对照组外,其余各组在饲喂高脂饲料同时采用灌胃方式连续给予2ml/kg.bw剂量的受试油6 w后,分别测定各组大鼠血脂及肝脂质水平、血清抗氧化性能和粪便中性固醇等指标。结果 ALA 13%、27%和55%含量的油脂对高脂模型大鼠均具有显著降脂作用,增加粪便胆固醇的排泄,且随α-ALA含量增加降脂效果则更为显著;但当油脂中α-ALA含量为55%时,将导致血清中形成脂质过氧化产物。结论α-ALA含量为13%和27%的油脂具有较显著的降脂作用,且对机体不造成氧化损伤。
Objective To investigate the effects of different α-ALA levels on lipid levels and oxidative damage in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods Sixty male Wistar rats were divided into 6 groups: normal control, high fat control, peanut oil, 13%, 27% and 55% α-ALA oil. Except for the normal control group, the other groups were fed with high-fat diet while gavage continuously administered 2ml / kg.bw dose of test oil for 6 w, the levels of blood lipid and liver lipid were measured in each group, serum Antioxidant properties and stool neutral steroid and other indicators. Results The lipids with ALA 13%, 27% and 55% had significant lipid-lowering effect on excretion of cholesterol and increased excretion of excretion of cholesterol, and the lipid-lowering effect was more obvious with the increase of α-ALA content. However, An α-ALA content of 55% results in the formation of lipid peroxidation products in the serum. Conclusion Lipids with α-ALA content of 13% and 27% have a significant lipid-lowering effect and do not cause oxidative damage to the body.
