为了探讨旋毛虫A200711蛋白对BALB/c裸鼠皮下人肝癌H7402细胞实体瘤的抑制作用。本试验将BALB/c裸鼠右侧腋下注射人肝癌H7402细胞,建立裸鼠实体瘤模型。成瘤后,每2d向实体瘤中间部位多点注射0.2mL质量浓度为7.5mg/L的旋毛虫A200711蛋白,观察裸鼠一般临床症状及实体瘤生长情况;每3d称量裸鼠体质量,测量肿瘤直径,计算肿瘤的体积,绘制肿瘤生长曲线;3周后处死裸鼠,小心剥离肿瘤组织,称量肿瘤的重量,计算抑瘤率。20d后裸鼠腋部皮下均长出肿瘤结节,成瘤率为100%,平均直径3~5 mm;与模型对照组比较,注射A200711蛋白12d后裸鼠实体瘤体积明显缩小,抑瘤率达到39.67%。结果表明,旋毛虫A200711蛋白对裸鼠人肝癌细胞实体瘤的生长具有明显的抑制作用。
To investigate the inhibitory effect of Trichinella spiralis A200711 protein on solid tumor of H7402 cells in BALB / c nude mice. In this study, the right side of BALB / c nude mice were injected into human hepatoma H7402 cells under the armpit to establish a solid tumor model in nude mice. After tumor formation, 0.2 mL of Trichinella spiralis A200711 protein with a concentration of 7.5 mg / L was injected into the solid tumor midpoint every 2 days to observe the clinical symptoms and growth of solid tumors in nude mice. Body weight, The diameter of the tumor was measured, the volume of the tumor was calculated, and the growth curve of the tumor was drawn. After 3 weeks, the nude mice were killed, the tumor tissue was peeled off carefully, the weight of the tumor was weighed, and the tumor inhibition rate was calculated. Tumor nodules grew on the axilla of nude mice 20 days later, with a tumorigenic rate of 100% and an average diameter of 3 to 5 mm. Compared with the model control group, the volume of solid tumor in nude mice was significantly reduced 12 days after injection of A200711 protein, Reaching 39.67%. The results showed that Trichinella spiralis A200711 protein had obvious inhibitory effect on the growth of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells in nude mice.
