本试验采用钼靶软X射线仪,低电压所发射的软X射线,对水稻进行诱变处理。结果表明:软X射线穿透力较弱,适于处理萌芽状态的种子,如早籼稻品种广四萌芽种子LD50为13kR左右。而休眠种子LD50需要140kR左右。在早籼稻品种广四萌芽种子14kR处理的x_2代中,主要农艺性状突变频率达6.05%。仪器本身为具有流水冷却系统的型号,有较好的实用性。本方法还具有费用较低,操作方便,使用安全,一机多用等特点。
In this experiment, molybdenum target soft X-ray apparatus and soft X-ray emitted by low voltage were used to mutagenize rice. The results showed that soft X-ray penetration is weak, which is suitable for dealing with germinating seeds. For example, LD50 of early indica rice variety is about 13kR. The dormant seed LD50 needs about 140kR. Among the x_2 generations treated with 14kR seeds of early indica rice variety Guangsan bud seed, the frequency of the main agronomic trait mutation reached 6.05%. The instrument itself is a model with a water cooling system, has good practicality. The method also has the advantages of lower cost, convenient operation, safe use and multi-use of one machine.
