近年来,由于诸多因素出现了医患关系紧张的现象。随着患者的医疗费用大幅度增加,医生患者之间缺乏理解和尊重,患者对医务人员的服务要求以及治疗效果的逐渐升高,一旦患者在某一方面不能满意,就容易产生投诉和医疗纠纷。医患纠纷严重影响医院的正常医疗工作,同时一定程度上损害了医院的声誉,也给医务人员带来了极大的精神压力。因此,医务人员对医患纠纷的正确认识十分重要,并且需了解一些防范措施,从而增强自我保护能力,减少医患纠纷的发生,促进医院的发展。
