中国古老的太极拳在全民健身计划中已有着显著的地位和作用,太极拳能够锻炼人的身体,又能防止疾病。建立科学的自我评价的方法体系,是普及与提高全民身心素质,调节从事终身体育锻炼的主要手段和措施。
The ancient Taijiquan in China has a prominent place and role in the national fitness program. Taijiquan can exercise people’s body and prevent diseases. The establishment of a scientific method of self-evaluation system is to popularize and improve the physical and mental quality of the people, to regulate life-long physical activity engaged in the main means and measures.
