The game theory is applied to analyze the benefits and losses of trade confliction between China and USA/EU in textile and clothing industry. Current situations of Chinese textile and clothing industry are also analyzed. The innovative upgrading paths of Chinese textile and clothing industry are suggested to realize from OEM, ODM to OBM in order to increase the competitive capacity, to add additional values,and to avoid the trade barriers of international market. The countermeasures and suggestions are also put forward to make full use of comparative and backwardness advantages of China to win the game in the world market.
