为从光合生理角度探究高山松是油松及云南松高世代杂交后代的证据,以油松、云南松、油松×云南松杂种子一代为材料,以天然高山松为对照,利用Li-6400光合仪对亲本、杂交后代和对照的光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率等光合性能指标进行测定,并对它们的光饱和点和光补偿点进行估算。结果表明:1)高山松以及油松×云南松杂种对光强的利用范围比油松、云南松更广;2)与亲本的最大净光合速率相比,油松×云南松表现出杂种优势;3)与亲本相比,高山松和油松×云南松的气孔导度均偏低,且下降相对缓慢;4)油松×云南松的蒸腾速率受父本遗传影响明显,且与高山松表现相似。5)油松×云南松不同杂交组合的生长指标有一定幅度变异,但平均生长水平与云南松和高山松接近。
In order to study the photosynthetic physiology of Pinus densata and Pinus yunnanensis hybrid progenies of future generations of evidence, with the Pinus tabulaeformis, Pinus yunnanensis, Pinus tabulaeformis × Yunnan pine hybrids as a material, with natural alpine pine as control, using Li-6400 Photosynthetic parameters such as photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of parents, hybrids and controls were measured, and their light saturation points and light compensation points were estimated. The results showed that: 1) the range of light intensity utilization of Pinus tabulaeformis × Pinus yunnanensis hybrid was wider than that of Pinus tabulaeformis and Pinus yunnanensis; 2) Pinus tabulaeformis × Pinus yunnanensis showed heterosis in comparison with the maximum net photosynthetic rate ; 3) Compared with the parental, the stomatal conductance of the Pinus tabulaeformis and Pinus yunnanensis × Pinus yunnanensis was lower and the relative decrease was relatively slow; 4) The transpiration rate of Pinus tabulaeformis × Pinus yunnanensis was significantly affected by the heritability, Similar performance. 5) The growth indexes of Pinus tabulaeformis × Pinus yunnanensis hybrids had a certain degree of variation, but the average growth level was close to Pinus yunnanensis and Pinus armandii.
