为防止与限制敌特、盗匪及其他不法分子的阴谋活动,保护合法营业的正当经营,以巩固社会治安,特制定“无线电器材管理暂行条例”、“城市旅栈业管理暂行条例”、“公共娱乐场所管理暂行条例”、“印铸刻字业管理暂行条例”四个条例,并经中央人民政府政务院政治法律委员会于本年六月三十日批准。兹公布,希各地遵照执行。(不另行文)此令
