灰口铸铁承受冲击,当冲击压强在2—130千巴时,在其铁素体中形成形变孪晶。用扫描电镜观察铁素体形变孪晶的形态,对厚片孪晶的形成条件及决定孪晶数量的各种因素进行分析。研究了孪晶面上的凹形缺口、断续孪晶、铁素体中的冲击位错及它们之间的相互关系。通过加热回复,可使孪晶面上的凹形缺口消失,重新成为具有平滑孪晶面的孪晶。孪晶在后形成的孪晶所产生的切应力作用下可进行滑移。
Gray cast iron is subject to impact, forming deformable twins in its ferrite at impact pressures of 2-130 kbar. The morphologies of ferrite deformation twins were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The formation conditions of the twins and the factors that determine the number of twins were analyzed. The concave notches on the twin planes, intermittent twins, impact dislocations in ferrite and their interrelations were studied. By heating the back, the concave notch on the twin planes disappears and becomes a twin again with a smooth twin plane. The twins can slide under the shear stress created by the twins that are formed.
