采用模拟冷却方法对大型齿轴进行冷却,用微机分别测定模拟冷却曲线及实际冷却曲线,采用有限元热力学计算法计算,结果表明,模拟结果与实测结果相吻合。
The simulated cooling method was used to cool the large gear shaft. The simulation cooling curve and the actual cooling curve were respectively measured by the microcomputer. The finite element thermodynamic calculation method was used to calculate the cooling curve. The simulation results were in good agreement with the measured results.
