田径运动员力量训练水平结构的概念对于合理组织专项力量训练,其中包括选择发展肌肉力量的有效手段和方法具有极其重要的意义。尽管人们对短跑运动员的速度力量训练问题作了大量的研究,但对短跑运动员专项力量训练水平的结构和在提高运动技术水平过程中,这个结构的变化情况还研究得很不够。研究目的:搞清楚在提高运动技术水平的各个阶段中,所测定的100米和200米运动员的专项力量训练水平的主要因素的成份和结构。研究的组织和方法:借助多用自动记录台来评定运动员肌肉的绝对力量faoc、爆发力I和起动力Q的水平,在伸腿(PH)和蹠屈时肌肉等长收缩的最大爆发力
