日益飞速发展的社会使得企业对劳动者能力的要求渐渐提高。结合社会发展的现状不难发现,劳动者要求具备跨行业、跨产业、跨职业发展的能力十分迫切。因此,改变传统的教学方法和教学模式,是学生获得职业能力和社会认可的必要环节。“做中学”教学方法以学生为对象,总是学生的积极性、主动性和创造性,能够有效提高学生解决问题的能力,有效提高课堂教学质量。
The rapidly growing society has given rise to ever-increasing demands on workers’ capabilities. Combined with the status quo of social development is not difficult to find that workers require cross-industry, cross-industry, cross-career development is very urgent.
