目的:研究茄根酸性组分对高脂血症小鼠脂质代谢的影响。方法:用高血脂症小鼠观察茄根酸性组分不同给药途径对小鼠血脂的影响。结果:确定茄根酸性组分为降血脂的有效部位。结论:茄根酸性组分可降低高脂血症小鼠的血脂,脂肪酸是其有效成分之一。
Objective: To study the effect of acidic components of eggplant root on lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemic mice. METHODS: Hyperlipidemia mice were used to observe the effect of different administration routes of eggplant roots on blood lipids in mice. Results: The determination of the acidic components of eggplant roots was an effective site for the reduction of blood lipids. Conclusion: The acidic components of eggplant root can reduce blood lipids in hyperlipidemia mice. Fatty acid is one of the active ingredients.
