甲醇低压羰基合成制醋酸的催化剂包括主催化剂铑化合物和助剂碘化物两种组分.溶于醋酸和水的混合溶剂的RhCl_3-CH_3I均相体系对甲醇羰基化反应具有很高的催化活性,但稳定性差,特别是在常压下分离产物时,容易发生催化剂的分解.本工作结合甲醇羰基化反应,研究了铑络合物催化剂的分解作用规律和添加剂对络合物的稳定作用.
The catalysts for the synthesis of acetic acid from methanol under low pressure include rhodium compound and iodide as the main catalyst.The homogeneous system of RhCl_3-CH_3I mixed solvent of acetic acid and water has a high catalytic activity for methanol carbonylation, But the stability is poor, especially when the product is separated under atmospheric pressure, the decomposition of the catalyst is easy to happen.In this work, the law of the decomposition of rhodium complex catalyst and the stability of the complex on the complex were studied by methanol carbonylation reaction.
