无锡华润上华半导体有限公司位于江苏省无锡市,于一九九七年在中国开创开放式晶圆代工模式之先河,是中国首家晶圆专工厂。以营运能力计,华润上华晶圆一厂是中国大型开放式晶圆专工厂之一。华润上华专注于发展中国半导体市场,主要为CMOS逻辑、数模混合信号、高压、非挥发性内存(NVM)及电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)集成电路提供制造服务。同时,华润上华协助其客户安排提供上游IC设计服务、下游测试及封装服务。为让读者更加了解华润上华,本刊记者采访了华润上华市场及行销副总经理邓茂松先生。邓茂松:台湾国立大学工商管理硕士,台湾国立交通大学工学士,曾任台湾欣铨科技股份有限公司副总裁、美国加州VangurdInternationalSemiconductor-America公司处长,具有十八年半导体行业经验。
Located in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, Wuxi CSMC Shanghai Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was the first wafer foundry in China to open an open foundry model in China in 1997. In terms of operational capability, China Resources Shanghua Fab 1 is one of the largest open wafer fabs in China. CSMC focuses on the development of China’s semiconductor market and mainly provides manufacturing services for CMOS logic, mixed-signal mixed-signal, high-voltage, non-volatile memory (NVM) and electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) integrated circuits. In the meantime, China Resources Shanghua assisted its clients in providing upstream IC design services, downstream testing and packaging services. In order to make readers more familiar with CSMC, our reporter interviewed Mr. Deng Maosong, vice president of marketing and marketing of China Resources.
