目的:观察中西医结合治疗顽固性消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:62例消化性溃疡患者(十二指肠溃疡39例,胃溃疡23例)均给予西药三联疗法配合自拟中药治疗,每日1剂口服,疗程4周。结果:62例患者中有效59例,无效3例,总有效率95.2%。结论:中西医结合治疗顽固性消化性溃疡疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of refractory peptic ulcer. Methods: 62 cases of patients with peptic ulcer (duodenal ulcer in 39 cases, 23 cases of gastric ulcer) were given Western triple therapy combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine treatment, daily oral dose of 4 weeks. Results: Of the 62 patients, 59 were effective, 3 were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 95.2%. Conclusion: Integrative treatment of intractable peptic ulcer significant effect.
