从资源共享具体运作中遇到的问题入手 ,提出一些值得思索的问题。如文献满足率 上升可能导致文献利用率的下降 ;减少文献采集中的重复可能导致资源垄断 ;联合目录的不完善 可能使少数机构不堪重负并产生让读者舍近求远的情况。指出图书情报界要实现资源共享仍将任 重而道远。
Starting from the problems encountered in the specific operation of resource sharing, some worthwhile questions are put forward. Increased document satisfaction rates may lead to a decrease in document utilization; reducing duplication in document collection may result in resource monopolies; imperfections in the joint directory may overwhelm a few agencies and create a situation in which readers may nearer. It points out that there is still a long way to go in order for the library information community to share resources.
