自larson 1965年报道尼古丁可使肺血管先收缩后舒张以来,吸烟对肺循环影响的研究结果不尽一致。然而吸烟是慢性肺心病易患因素之一,本文就吸烟对肺循环血液动力学及缺氧性肺血管反应性的影响作了初步探讨。
Since larson reported in 1965 nicotine can make the pulmonary vasoconstriction systolic and diastolic since the impact of smoking on pulmonary circulation research results are not consistent. However, smoking is one of the risk factors for chronic pulmonary heart disease. In this paper, the effects of smoking on pulmonary hemodynamics and hypoxic pulmonary vasoreactivity were preliminarily discussed.
