使用高水基液压液(High Water Base Fluid简称HWBF)代替矿物汕作为液压系统的工作液,具有节约石油资源、减少环境污染并防止燃爆事故等优点,现已受到国内外普遍重视。 HWBF包括乳化液、合成液、微乳化液(Micro——Emulsion简称ME三种)。乳化液稳定性较差,抗腐蚀性、抗磨性也难以保证;ME稳定性好,润滑性、抗腐蚀性也能够满足要求,为液压系统工作液的第三代产品,也是我国重点研究的项目之一。
