左前分支阻滞常与左室疾病有关,是诊断冠心病的依据之一。到目前为止,国内外诊断左前分支阻滞的无创性检查仍以心电图为最佳。但由于缺乏统一的标准,误诊颇多。本文旨在通过心电图电轴左偏的心向量图改变,对左前分支阻滞的心电图诊断与鉴别诊断作一初步探讨。
Left anterior branch block often associated with left ventricular disease, coronary heart disease diagnosis is one of the bases. So far, noninvasive examination of left anterior branch block at home and abroad is still the best ECG. However, due to the lack of uniform standards, many misdiagnoses. The purpose of this paper is to change the electrocardiogram axis left deviation of the cardiac vector diagram, the left anterior branch block ECG diagnosis and differential diagnosis of a preliminary study.
