作为《翦伯赞全集》的责编,在翦伯赞先生的专著、文章、诗歌、书信的字里行间,我感受着他学问的博大精深。他不愧为一代史学大家,不愧为中国马克思主义史学的开创者之一。从张传玺先生整理翦老的《全集》到我编辑《全集》,是翦老两代学生通力合作10年才成就其出版的。这要归功于翦老学识和精神的感召,品格魅力和境界的启迪,归功于学生对先师那份无比的尊重和爱戴,并且形成了我尽编辑之责、永不懈怠的动力。
As the editor-in-chief of Bodhisattva’s Collection, I feel the depth and breadth of his studies among the writings, essays, poems and letters of Mr. Bozan. He is worthy of a generation of historians, deserved to be one of the pioneers of Chinese Marxist historiography. From Mr. Zhang Chuanxi’s compilation of his old “Complete Works” to my compilation of “The Complete Works,” he and his two generations of students worked together for 10 years to accomplish their achievements. This is due to the inspiration of old knowledge and spirit, the enchantment of character’s charm and realm, thanks to the unparalleled respect and love for the first teacher, and the motivation for me to edit and never stop slamming.
