我院于1962年先后收入炭疽病三例,其中一例并发脑膜炎而死亡。关于炭疽性脑膜炎虽可发生,但临床較不參見,故选出报告。患者:崔×(住院号14433),女性,34岁,于1962年11月17日下午六时,因主訴发冷、发烧及头痛两天而入院。于六天前因拌猪盒不慎被魚刺刺伤左手掌心。次日則伤处疼痛,且起一暗紅色血泡,伴有全身不适。16日晨将該泡刺破,流出少量血水,下午就感到全身发冷发烧,剧烈的头痛。当地医生治疗无效而入本院。过去史:健康,无明显有关炭疽病接触史。检查:体溫39.1℃,脉搏100次/分,血压100/74毫米汞柱。发育正常,营养一般,呈急性病容,神
