作者曾参加中国瑞士合作项目TOT培训,应瑞士外交部的邀请,1995年4月至7月随团赴瑞士、德国、奥地利参观考察。由于社会制度不同、文化背景迥异,所见所闻颇多。国小人少的瑞士瑞士国土面积4.1万多平方公里,人口703万多人,首都伯尔尼人口仅13万,闹市区步行一小时即可看完。全国最大的城市苏黎士的最高建筑美购尔大厦仅18层。旅馆包括星级饭店的房间也均以小巧精致见长。步行上街见到的外国人可能比瑞士人还多。难怪陪同我们的瑞士人卡勒尔先生,在游遍中国名山大川之后评价瑞士时用了个典型的中国词“小气”。
The author has participated in the TOT training for the China-Switzerland cooperation project. At the invitation of the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the delegation traveled to Switzerland, Germany and Austria from April to July 1995 to visit and study. Owing to the different social systems and different cultural backgrounds, we have seen many things. Switzerland, Switzerland, with a small population of more than 41,000 inhabitants, has a land area of over 41,000 square kilometers and a population of over 7.03 million. The population of Bern, the capital, is only 130,000. The downtown area can be reached within an hour on foot. The tallest building in the nation’s largest city, Zurich, is only 18 stories tall. Hotels including the star hotel rooms are also small and sophisticated known. The foreigners seen on foot to the streets may be more than the Swiss. No wonder the accompanying Chinese Mr. Carriel, who used the typical Chinese word “stingy” to evaluate Switzerland after traveling through China’s famous mountains and rivers.
