现代远程教育的特点是师生准永久性的分离,为此必须构建适合学生学习的支持服务体系。这种支持服务体系应是全方位的,既包括硬件方面的,又包括软件方面的。本文对这种支持服务的几方面主要工作做了一些必要的阐述。
Modern distance education is characterized by the quasi-permanent separation of teachers and students, for which must build suitable for student learning support service system. This system of support services should be comprehensive and include both hardware and software aspects. This article gives some necessary explanations on the main work of this kind of support service.
