目的：探讨精神分裂症患者治疗前后血清甲状腺激素及临床特征的动态变化。方法：精神分裂症患者于入院时测定血清游离三点碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）及促甲状腺激素（TSH）水平,将结果异常者定为研究组（65例）,结果正常者为对照组（313例）。治疗后第2、4、6、8周末测定两组患者的血清甲状腺激素水平,同时采用阴性症状和阳性症状量表（PANSS）及副反应量表（TESS）进行评定,并进行比较。结果：治疗前后研究组血清FT3值均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗后两组血清FT4值均显著下降（P〈
