許多書刊記載局部應用Nydrocortison及Prednisolon後,有很多好的療效,最近學者們注意到在關節內應用Nydrocortison後有感染危险,Fhoncl觀察28例中,一例死於化膿性關節炎,另一例化膿性關節炎愈合后發生强直,Weiswaun觀察兩例同樣有關節感染,Fehr觀察一例有關節週圍化膿性變化。總結前叙,局部應作Prednisolon后可産生感染合併症。 當應用A.C.T.H-及Cortisvn后,机體抗感染能力降低,炎症反應減退,以致結缔組織細胞成,白血球浸潤受到抑制,以及创傷愈合,産生抗原,體溫反應及血球沉降均見緩慢。
