沈阳市规划设计研究院根据沈阳市城区36处交通状况紧张的路段上车辆流向和流量实地观测的资料,经过电脑仿真模拟的多种规划方案论证,编制了城市交通单行线系统规划。规划的实施首先选择在交通紧张矛盾尖锐的方城商业开发区的正阳街等8处路段。实践证明,单行线路段的车速大大提高,路口横向转弯车辆减少,交通事故的发生率大大下降。目前沈阳规划实施的城市单行线系
According to Shenyang City Planning and Design Research Institute, based on data on traffic flow and on-site observations of traffic flow at 36 traffic-congested sections in Shenyang city, a variety of planning schemes for computer simulation simulations were used to formulate a city traffic single-line system plan.
