本文从患腹水型肝癌(HepA)小鼠的无细胞腹水液中分离纯化出抑癌因子HepA-CSF,并将其与EAC-CSF及S180-CSF进行了比较。研究发现:三者具有相似的生物学特性和理化性质。
In this paper, HepA-free HepA-CSF was isolated and purified from ascites fluid of ascitic hepatocellular carcinoma (HepA) mice and compared with EAC-CSF and S180-CSF. The study found that: the three have similar biological characteristics and physical and chemical properties.
